An affiliate marketing program is a way to earn money by referring new users to our products and services. We give you a unique and shareable link to use on your website, blog, YouTube channel, social media profile, and so on. Through your unique link, our affiliate marketing software tracks your performance and sales conversions to pay you accordingly. The HIKE IT Partner Program is a way for you to earn commissions simply by placing banners, with our embedded links, on your website to refer visitors to our HIKE IT shop or even making a video with your affiliate tracking link, promoting us in a forum and so on. Once the visitor makes a purchase, after having clicked on one of those banners/link, YOU - as the affiliate - can earn 10% commission on the referral sale of HIKE IT products that your link generated.

For an affiliate to receive his earned commission, the following criteria must be fulfilled :

• a) The referred sale must have completed the 60 days payout period to be added in the payout report.
• b) The total affiliate commission must cross the minimum payment amount of $150 USD. Once both the above conditions are met, the commission will be included in the monthly payout report which is generated on 15th of every month. Once the payout report is generated we take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to disburse the funds.

Example: If an affiliate refers a customer on January 7th. There will be a waiting period of 60 days before the same customer will be added to the payout report. The 60 days waiting period allows us to cover the refunds or any payment disputes that happen during that period. So, your referred sales from January 7th will be eligible for the commission on 7th March once the 60 days waiting period is completed. Since the payout report is generated on 15th of every month. The sales commission will be added in the subsequent payout report that will be generated on 15th March. We take roughly 1 to 2 weeks to disburse the funds after the payout report is generated. So the affiliate will receive commission for the referred customer on 7th January anytime between 15th-31st March.

Yes, our program is free to join and open to bloggers, drivers, streamers, YouTubers, online marketers, digital entrepreneurs, and more. You don’t need to be an existing HIKE IT customer to become an affiliate, but we’d love for you to try our product. As an affiliate, you may benefit from special offers and discounts from time to time.

Self-referrals for affiliate purchases are strictly prohibited. You will not receive credit when purchasing a product or service through your own affiliate link. You may receive an automatic notification from HIKE IT Subscriptions to let you know that a sale has taken place, but your affiliate payments will not include this amount.

Paid Search Policy

Affiliates may NOT bid on the terms, misspellings or derivations of the following: "HIKE IT", "HIKE IT Shop", "HIKE IT Shop", "HIKE IT Online Shop", “HIKE IT Store”, “HIKE IT Online Store” and "HIKE IT Online Web Shop". Affiliates may NOT outbid HIKE IT for the placement of any keywords with the HIKE IT trademark or any combinations/misspellings thereof, including broad matches, e.g. “HIKE IT XS”. List includes but is not limited to the following keywords: XS, X9, X5. Affiliates may NOT bid on the trademarked word "HIKE IT" in any manner, singularly or in any conjunction with, other characters or in combination with other words in the search that may result in a broad match of the word "HIKE IT" singularly. The word "HIKE IT" is off limits. Affiliates may NOT use the trademarked word "HIKE IT" in any Titles, or the display URL of any paid ads. Affiliates may NOT directly link from search ads. All paid search ads must link to an affiliate’s landing page.

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

• Affiliate must have a PayPal account for payouts.
• Affiliate must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Affiliate must agree to the T&Cs.
• Affiliate must enter either a VAT ID Number or Tax Number.
• Affiliate may NOT receive credit for referring himself.
• Affiliate may NEVER use language such as "official" or any ad copy that suggests representation of HIKE IT.
• Affiliate may NOT register or use any domain name URL which includes the word "HIKE IT" in any way, shape or form.
• During sale or promotional period/discount, commission cannot be earned until sale/promotion has ended. Reseller sales are excluded from the program.
• HIKE IT reserves the right to change the program policy without notice at anytime.
• Affiliates caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our partner program.
